Drove 2 hours north to find snow and try out my ltx 137 se.
Rode around the lake which had 4 inches if snow...some of it packed by ice fishermen
Temp was very cold...-27 C.
The machine is bone stock other than a new 8DN
This machine is as advertised. It easily hit 160 kph, on the hard packed and had it up to 178 with more to go. Had to stop due to poor visibility (helmet shield frosting up). So far I am very pleased. I did put 80 kms on it today.
concerns- this machine is nose heavy. The suspension is adjusted as per dealer prep, but so far doesn't have much transfer as indicated in other posts. Feels heavy in the steering also.
It is even difficult to lift the ski high enough to get the rollers under them (in the garage), even more so than any sled I have owned.
Large ice build up in the tunnel around the heat exchangers, indicated previously by another member.
The machine seems to handle well and the engine is almost electric. very quiet and seemless.

Loosen up the limiter strap one hole and remove the transfer blocks off the bar. I did this on my 129 and my buddy left his factory and mine feels light and transfers great compared to his. We are studded up the same. Doing this makes the sled feel so much lighter up front. Definitely worth a try.

Did some digging, and from what I found you remove blocks and leave bar in as this gives strength to rails/suspension. Mine will be coming out

5 min job. Take bolts out and remove bar and blocks fall off. Put bar back on with a little blue loctite on bolts.
