Lever failed on Thursday night. Luckily I wasn't far from home and had a.lonf stretch after a long pull. The threads ripped out of the handle, I must have been at the limit of the extension. There are plenty of threads left inside but the first few are gone.

I don't think the screw was long enough to begin with. I'm back to my regular lever and I kinda like it as it's a bit longer.
