front spindles

hey guys had a buddy sheer the bolt off of the top a-arm going into the spindle... question is now is the spindle threaded on top?? if it is can we get away with just putting a bolt through put locking nuts and lock tite?? will it hold?? any input is greatly appreciated.

If it didn't damage the spindle just replace the bolt, washers and lock-nut.
