I took the left side off tonight to replace the bushing, and they are in mint shape with 8600 miles! Not sure why some people are having problems with wear, but mine are perfect. Now that doesn't mean I'm not going to replace them with the Ulmer oilites I purchased last year. The stock bushings are sloppy with excessive shaft-to-bushing tolerance. I've only done the lower a-arm on 1 side, but they fit so much tighter in the shaft without all of the excessive torsional movement. I'm sure they'll keep the front end much happier. They're pretty easy to change too, at least once you've gone as far as removing the carbs to clean the jets. Like 10 minutes and everything is off.

Umm, "sloppy with excessive shaft-to-bushing tolerance", how do you figure that your bushings are in mint shape?

I just did mine at 3000 miles and found 4 completely worn out and the rest were still quite tite, but the ones that were worn out were totally worn through

Ya my RX was sloppy from day one as well. At 8,000 miles I changed the bushings. With the now tightened up front it handled much better.

The bushings are pretty easy to change. I'm basically done now after 2 nights of dicking around in the garage. I just need to hit everything with the torque wrench. If I was very determined I bet I could have changed all of the bushings in about 4 hours, but I like to take my time, maybe drink a quality beer or 2 and think things over. Honestly this was the most entertaining project I've had in a long time. I actually had a good time doing it.

Good to hear, I plan on changing mine before next winter, just didn't have time this year and with only 2,100 miles I figured I would still be safe?

I'm replacing the bushings and the one's they sent don't fit?
90381-16n51-00 are good on the bolt, but don't fit the tube.
I'm replacing the lower Arm Bushings.
And I didn't get the nylon washer that sits in between the arm and frame.
What # is that ???
I replaced the upper and lower arms and I see the new ones have grease fittings.
Any help would be great!
