fuel valves for holtzman

i have a60 hp shot for 05 rx-1....where can i get anew set of fuel jets for the carb boots quickly in ny....i lock tighted mine and broke one trying to open it......i have just finished my piston and ring change due to not enough fuel...2 people in area have done the same thing when turned in less than 7 turns..... fuel in ny sucks.....
