Full build 998 SRX on pump gas plus Boostane

I will only add one thing someone touched on earlier. And by no means a cut on TD or Hurricane... PEFI fit and finish is absolutely #1 .. I would not use this company for a "tune" but I have purchased a few things and wow they just seem prefect and well thought out.. I think this goes for the posts made by guys on this thread.. But I really like the details, fit and finish when it comes to aftermarket stuff.. Also the most expensive of the 3 is PEFI.. With that being said, The 998 IS the most durable snowmobile motor ever made.. Think about it for a second.. 300 HP with a few key strokes and good race fuel! Its just sad to see them go... I will never own any other outboard in my lifetime.. They run just like the sled motors!

Why wouldn’t you use their tunes? Not that it really matters because we all get to choose and that’s as good thing.
I honestly thought drive ability in trail manners were best with pefi.
I ran them all and really I am not bias on what I run and I would run any still.
I also believe they made advertised hp on everything on the dyno. The fit and finish is great I do agree.
Sebastian is a smart guy. Didn’t he design and or make the Vipec also?

Please forgive if I am incorrect. Didn't I see a fairly resent vid of you guys tearing up a dyno with a sick 1049turbo SRX?!

@Doc Harley A little off topic, but yes I built the motor and then tuned a sled for the Soo I-500. What was originally was going to be a 2024 Viper build, got turned into a Viper motor into a Sidewinder chassis (there's no turbo on the sled) because Yamaha cancelled the owners 2024 Viper order. It'll be competing this week (I believe qualifying starts on Wednesday).

Your build ripped thru the dyno like a 2 stroke on steroids. Power was delivered "now" lol. Congratulations!

160 HP naturally aspirated, hopefully everything goes well this week for them at the Soo.

Price and known issues early on..

This sounds like what he is looking for.
Have at it fellows!

The turbo tech kit works well, I helped develop it on my personal sled . On 91 pump gas 350 hp it ran 149 mph in 1320 with ease on ice . On race fuel at 475 hp it was an animal .

Trail rode this combo all day on 91 and was within a dollar give or take at the pumps with stock turbos

Similar to Stage 5 PEFI. 350 HP pump gas @ 22 psi. I'm sure they're both over the top!
