Anyone else ? Foil delaminated from felt!

Yes ,just add some more there .
 
Dealer just replaced mine for that
 
Mine and my dads are getting replaced also. Don't just add more. That shield runs 1/2 way down the gas tank. If you take your secondary off you can see it better. I would bet it's all falling off. Not just the spot in that pic^^^

Yep, its peeling off all the way down

Mine started to fall off, put some aluminum tape around the edges, stayed on all season

I heard the felt was made by Yamaha and the foil by Cat. That explains why the foil is peeling off.

Look behind your secondary on the gas tank. I bet it's all pealing off. That shield tape or whatever you want to call it is vary large. It's not just that little spot by the chain case

Now that's the idea,improvise,how could anyone ride snow sleds w/out zip ties and duct take,good man. Why let such a small thing spoil a season that most years is way to short.
 
Starting to do some maintenance on the sled and I found my foil is completely delaminated, kind of looks like a pain to replace!
 
Mine was replaced under warranty!
