How to on changing clutch rollers

I personally like the ulmers or thunder products rollers best. The cat are fine and will work. Just like the beveled edges on the Ulmer or thunder rollers better. The Cat rollers have a straight 90 degree edge on them. IMO the two I mentioned might roll the helix a smidge better. Not saying don't get the Cat ones. I used the stock for 250 miles then Cat for about 300. Then got Ulmers for the rest of miles. 1300.

Did the cats go flat?

Did the cats go flat?
my cats also flattened slightly and had almost a melted appearance under magnification in a very short time, 45 miles? already had ulmers ordered too so put ulmers in and no problems under magnification in 200 miles yet. could hold my hands on the clutches with cats and all others in so not sure why.

My stock belt, springs and rollers are all A1, 1200km

Who said the stock ones were supposed to roll? they are merely round sliders, they have to 'flat spot" to wear together evenly.

After 2000km the oem on my sled were still very good whit no flat spot! I have replace them already for the D&D .... I think it s a poor casting on the secondary that make every sled different ! The roller and pin in the primary are BIG junk to!!!!!!

2700 miles on cat torlon rollers they still look good. Will probably throw my Ulmer ones in just because for next season since it looks like we're done here.

I installed the Turbo Dynamics clutch rollers as part of TD clutch kit last night. Getting the pin to drop out is the hardest part as noted before about the locktite debris. I like that these rollers fill the gap more making for less side to side action possible of the roller on the ramp. This is certainly not my expertise but I’ll bet that is the root cause of the flat spotting.

Also I started with a slightly worn ball end ratchet hex drive and that made getting one of th screws out a pain. I would not try this again without a good or new hex bit.
