have an 08 vec ltx. since first 100 miles gauges fog up cant hardly see speedo. asked buddy with 08 apex, says he's having same problem. anyone else have same trouble and is there a fix for this? like to know how fast im goin.

Havent seen that in motion. But lots of steam when stopped coming up from under handlebar riser at times.

yeap.... a known problem. Jap humid air inside the pod.
Open hood, remove back connector with rubber seal, then let air exchange all night in very warm garage.

...no more foggy since 2005 for me; end of the story

The rubber boot that seals the back by the plug in is not sealing correctly. Seen this many times already. Humid air rises and goes right into guage. Silicone or tape up end after thawing out.
