if it doesn't leak out, i think you can pretty much use anything - i use amsoil atf.

I use the same oil I use in the engine, works great I just have to add a bit more than spec, spec is 250ml, I add 350ml of Yamalube 4S sled oil.

i had an old yamaha 2 stroke motorcycle i used to use sae 30 for premix, and it ran forever

seams a little heavy and pricey for me. I've run 10-30 oil and ive run tranny fluid. I like tranny fliud.
