Noticed a stumble when blipping the throttle on the stand, they are telling me that is normal on the stand and will be much less noticeable on the snow

That was my experience with my 290. Not an issue out on the snow.

Well Done. You got it done in short order.
Sounds good! Going to be a long summer!

I've seen it too on most I've installed.
Stumbles when blipped from idle.
Rise RPMs to just below engagement and it's all gone. On snow no issue.
It gets a bit worse if you lower the C0 values to get idle and slow speed riding AFR leaner.
I adjust C0 on all sleds I install somewhere between -10 to -15.
Some sleds are happy at -10 some as low as -15.
They are not the same.
We have a few more weeks of spring riding in the Mountains, hope to get a few more rides on my turbo sled.

I know the older ones they were mounting it up on frame for headlight and that was causing problems. just wanted make sure they mounted it down on frame.

What kind of problems? Should I be relocating mine? 260 kit.

Have never heard of problems With the pump mounted on the headlight frame. What kind?
It may be spesific to only a few sleds, never happened to me.

It's hard to tell on the AFR gauge if it's a rich or lean issue. The gauge flashes three bar's then back to upper eleven's and 12's. I'am thinking rich as it seems to put out a small puff of black exhaust. Off the stand with load I would assume the Turbo will maintain more RPM/air. So are you saying you usually need to lower CO setting's (leaner) on the MCX kit's?

Yes I lower the C0 setting on all Apex MCX kits.

Ok, do you think that makes the stumble worse?

Not if I have a Rich condition to deal With, then it gets better when lowering the C0 values.

The stumble is only present when whacking the throttle open from idle, when riding it's not an issue at all. If you hold the RPMs just below engagement there is no stumble when you apply throttle (wot or not)
