How high can I go before making changes to the cables? Also, are the Nitro bars the same as the Apex bars? I was going to add on of them to my Vector. I have a Nitro seat on the way so I need to go up on the bars.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I did a 1 1/2 on my rx, seemed like that was about the limit w/stock cables. Jay

I have the 2" rox adjustable riser and it works great because you can move the bars up and forward on the sled

I used the Power Madd pivot adapter and a 2" block that adds up to 3.25 and I had to use the mountain throttle cable.

I think 3" is the limit without cable mods.

2" block riser is the max you can go.
If you go pivot riser it all depends on the brand I went with a 4" pivovot riser from Rich Motorsports and was able to us the stock cables without any problems I just had to reroute them a little.

2" block is the max u can go without getting a longer throttle cable...but i suggest since u have the nytro seat that u go atleast 4" and stick $20 into a throttle cable

Sent you a PM. Nytro setup is cool. Ebrake cable should be changed and possibly a Nytro brake hose but the Vector brake hose will work with reworking the securing bracket. Wiring plugs will need to be reworked to get them below the cowl unless you plan on reusing the Vector zippered pad to cover all of the plugs back up.
Apex bars are very similar but the Nytro bars are wider to make room for the handguard brackets.
