I bought the Yamaha Handlebar bag for my GT, and tried to install it yesterday. Didn't seem to fit very well, and had no instructions. Has anybody else put one of these things on?

Wow, that doesn't look ANYTHING like the one that they sent me. Mine has two drink holder's on this sides (???), and is two bags with a bunch of straps between them.

I have the bag you're talking about. It's perfect for me. I've got mine padded for my camcorder and helmet cam battery. Installing seems self explanatory, plus it'll hold 2 beers! Actually my FRS will go in one pocket. Top straps go over the bar pad then the bottom strap hooks around the steering post. The little pouch that says Yamaha faces forward. Don't have any real useful pictures of it installed.

Hmm....Well, I'll give it another try. It was cold out when I went to put it on, and I was very short on patience that evening.

Thanks for the post actionjack, I was worried I might have gotten a bag for another sled.

I have one on my GT, mine fit he same way until i put the stock handlebar pad back in, then it seems to fit/fluff up much better but it takes some storage room out of pocket. Hope this helps.
