Has Yamaha actually stepped up in the past?

Zoggan, just dont get it, I think its been explained over and over in many threads... I dont think we can give him the answer he is looking for and frankly I am sick of him asking the same thing over and over, without him listening to word being said.

Yamaha updated the entire rear suspension on my 2007 Phazer FX. New front arm, link center idler wheels, and bushings. My Nytro doesn't have any of the bending that some of you guys have, but I'm sure Yamaha will take care of the problem.
Aaron.

You say they updated the rear suspension for "your" Phazer. Did they offer the same for the thousands of other sleds they sold? Hearing alot of ones and twos, HAVE THEY STEPPED UP TO DO A LARGE SCALE UPDATE????
I have been asking this for a couple of days now. I think the answer is NO.
Each buyer is on his/her own. You can probably get it fixed, but Yam won't come looking for you.
What do you mean "NO"? This thread has several examples of past issues that Yamaha has done a "mass" update for "everyone".

Just when I think the moderators and staff are to defensive, people like you make it easy to see why they get so shitty

Well, obviously I have touched several sore spots. My apologies, I will let this subject drop now and will just keep an eye open to see what happens.

They have looked out for us Phazer owners very well every issue I and everyone who followed procedure had was taken care of.Well enough that I wont be extending my warrantee since sled is approaching 4000mi and it wouldnt be right to expect anymore from Yamaha.I have no doubt Yamaha cares very much about quality.
