Just wanted to say Hello....I just purchased a 2007 Apex GT with 13500km on it. Took it for my first ride this weekend......WOW it is awesome. Some of my Ski-doo friends loved it as well. I'm really happy with it.
However i was trying to get to the adjustble shock control on the display screen and the "mode" button does not seem to work properly. The guy I bought it from showed me the settings and it appeared to work fine then. Now I hit the button and sometimes it will switch to grip warmer but will not go to the shock....any sugestions?
Thanks in advance

It is highly likely the wire is broken at some point, it's a fairly common problem when riding in slush or wet conditions that freeze. They stress the wire and eventually breaks.
So your wire to the electronic shock control is busted, it's about $80 US for a new wire. I decided not to replace mine as I always encounter slushy lakes in Ontario and Northern U.S.

If the wire is broke its your call but I wouldn't suggest even fixing it. They usually break again and most say once you get the shock set to where you like it, just leave it. I broke the cable on my adjustment on my 05 RX-1 and replaced it, then 5 rides later it was broke again, I never even adjusted it while I had it working so I decided not to replace it. Now on my apex, so far it works fine but if it breaks, Im gunna leave it....

Thanks for the input....I played with wires and it worked a couple cycles of the key than it quit again. We disconected the wires and ties and checked them all. There is 12 volts at both sides of the plug at the shock. There was 0.3 ohms restance at the shock but nuthing works??
I may just end up leaving set where it is untill spring...lol
