Looking for a modular or full-face - except the Ski-Doo Modular or BV2S
Thats warm, fast to put on, doesn't fog, doesn't require a cumbersome mask, or filters, doesn't need a heated shiled, goggles, or anything that presses against your nose, doesn't frost your face from behind the shield, doesn't let in snow-dust, doesn't have vents that clog and suffocate you, and comes with a sun-shade.
Does this exist?

Ive got a Polaris modular and you can take the mask out of it and it has a flip-down sunshield. You can get a plain black one that doesnt say Polaris anywhere on the outside of the helmet (the foam inside the helmet has the word, "Polaris" molded into it and the mask has the Polaris northstar emblem molded into it)
The only thing though, is that I think without a heated shield and without using the mask I think it would fog. I wore fullface helmets before I switched to a MX style helment in '99 and they all fogged.
I think you are going to have to either accept using a heated faceshield or a breathguard/mask.

NOPE>>>>> i think somwhere in there you have to compromise, either with the mask/filters or electric shield....... the BVS2 is probably the best modular going, i have a few friends that have it, and love it.... i just go withan HJC with breathbox/electric shield or the open MX HJC....
Good luck!!
Whats wrong with the Doo modular. I have had great luck with that. Never fogs or ices up. Was out tonight in a heavy lake effect storm. The only rider with problems didn't have a modular on, was running a Yamy snow force.

I went with the Polaris modular because I didnt like the looks of the Doo modular. I dont doubt it works well, but its just different looking.
I would have preferred the Yamaha modular, but it didnt have the flipdown sunshield that the Poo helmet has.
