Can you use an HID kit from a vehicle in a sled? I have a kit from my old truck I would like to put in the Nytro.

as long as the bulbs are the same it should work, both 12 volt systems.

Depends upon how the low & high beam works. On some automotive HID kits only the high beams are HID. On the Sled Start kit the bulb is the same for low & high beam. There is a solenoid that pulls the bulb backwards and forwards in the reflector to create the low & high beams
I don't know what type of bulb your truck has but the H4 bulb that the sled uses, is primarily used in off road vehicle appplications. There may be a way to use the kit from your old truck by purchasing some motorized HID H4 bulbs and use them in place of your truck's HID bulbs. I would think the ballast system should be similar for each type of bulb.
