I've seen it at craft/fabirc stores (AC Moore, Michael's, JoAnn). If you're got one of those around, check there. If not, look up a local upholstery shop, they may be able to either sell you some or tell you where to order it.
I'm pretty sure DennisKirk sells it as part of a seat kit.

I got mine from JoAnn Fabrics here in New Hampshire, USA. I don't see it on the website but there should be some type of fabric store near you.
Here is how I did mine, best mod ever!

What length staples did you use to reattach your seat cover?? I have tried 1/4" long staples in my electric stapler. They don't get driven in deep enough. Was anyone able to find stainless steel staples?? I am getting ready to do this mod.. Thanks!!
1/4 is what you use, you dont need stainless, most staples are zink coated and will last well past when you will own the sled.
if you stapler wont drive them, use a hammer to finish the job.
for glue to attach the foam, use Stayput. available at any good hardware store.
to cut foam, use a suraded knife or even better, an electric bread knife.
