High Performance Genesis 1049 vs mid performance

Digging up an old thread, my ONLY thread actually, but I just bought a Nytro and I'm back here reading up on exhaust gasket fix.
My story is I ended up buying a 2015 Doo 1200X instead of a Viper...I've had the PTO side coil pin go bad 4x now in 2 years & my sled is STILL sitting at the dealer waiting on a new wire harness. It's a great riding powerful sled, but I was looking for reliability and this sled has been anything but reliable. I've wrecked 2 expensive trips, one out West in ID where I ended up crashing it due to the #1 cylinder unexpectedly kicking in while going around a corner.
Snowbeast I see you traded up to a Sidewinder & everyone I talk to that has one absolutely loves them. Several members of DooTalk are over here this year because of that sled!

I can say my wifes owns the 2010 Vector LTX... 8k miles with not one issue... she handles it fine.. 5'4 " and 120 lbs.. so there ya go.. heavy..?? she rocks in it...

I myself put 10k on my 07 Yamaha...before selling with no issue..except donuts... bought another 07 Attak put 8k so far.. no issues.. except donuts... I beat on it.. being huge guy and throttle happy in the mountains... I would own any other machine.. we ride during the week and can go all day without seeing anyone.. never failed me either machine ... good luck with anything else.. I myself want a 2016 Vector XTX 1.25... sweet mileage.. she get's 20'ish.. me .. 14 ish..

So I forgot to post my other question...my 2010 Nytro has a 1049cc engine, some model CAT's & Yamaha's have 973cc & I've also seen 996, 998cc, Viper 1050cc & 1049.
There's a leftover 2016 ARCTIC CAT ZR9000 El Tigre' I've been looking at with a 1056cc engine...

I'd guess some of those are typos, but what's with all the different model engines?
Can someone shed some light on that for me?

The 16 ZR9000 is the 1056cc Suzuki 4 stroke turbo not a bad motor but much more turbo lag vs the 998cc motor in the 2017's. I would try and find a 2017 model year Sidewinder or zr9000 Cat.

Figured as much, but under $10k for a new 2016 turbo sled is tough to pass up! It helps that I recently bought a Nytro AND a 2015 600 ACE so I'm done buying sleds due to empty wallet phenomenon.
Scuba I see you have an '09 RTX & I was going to message you if I don't find all the info I'm after searching. It needs exhaust work to fix a terrible rattle so while that's off MBRP is going back on it.
I also have a Ski-Doo 1200 that's getting love as I type by way of tune, clutching (that's already done -PB80) and Straightline exhaust.

Rattle in the exhaust is going to be the donuts clamps under the tank, 99% sure. Order some copper donuts and skip the mbrp, holy sheet loud and annoying

nice my mom grew up in Franklin I worked out of Muskego lived in hales corners oak creek and grew up in Racine county.
Is Ma's Truck stop still in business on s 27th?
