I was tearing my sled down today and noticed each of the 3 pipes coming off the engine were dented in. So much so that the close off plate is worn in from the pipe rubbing on it. I assume from ice chunks falling and being wedged in there. The plug for the o2 sensor is also gone. Anyone else have these problems? If so did hindle cover anything?

Haven't had icing that bad but I highly doubt any company would cover anything like this. Now if the welds broke or something like that then maybe. Just my .02 but my wife says I don't have any sense!
send Lee some pics. It has happened with a couple of the systems but it could be from improper installation. Depending on the situation and how bad they are, he will either warranty it...if it is a problem with the system or he will give a deal on new parts....either way I'm sure he will look after you. Fwiw, my systems has not had any issues and it's thevoriginal one built from the thinner gauge stainless. Question for you.....do you go off trail a lot?

Yes mine did the same thing, also I've have the mid section crack a few times. Do you run a taller lug track? Not sure what or why it does that but I think it's from ice chunks falling off the tunnel and getting forced through. If I rem I though my dents were on the bottom of my pipes, maybe from hard landings? Contact lee at hindle, he will want to know about the problem and hopefully will help you out.

I hardly ever go off trail and have a 1.25" track. I will call him Monday and go from there

Ouch! If you haven't yet, remove your tunnel protectors if you never plan on running studs. In my experience, ice loved to form around the protectors
