Dad's looking at one right now, and we'er wondering how you like yours. Hows the power? (he's coming form a 800 rev) How's the reliability? Any poblems with the motor at all? I hear some of these sleds have chain case problems, is it a commen problem? Any recalls on the sled? How about the ride? Nice seat?

Thanks.
O, and if you could, could you please rate it form 1-10? Thanks. :rocks:

I Have 2113 miles on my 07 Attak GT and not one problem. This motor is rock solid, and you will notice the difference right away from your 800. The motor pulls hard all the way through the power band. Rides like a caddy once you set it up for your weight. The only small issue i had was with hyfax wear, but you more than make that up with the reliability. I have not got any recalls and have'nt seen any chain case problems. Good luck with your purchase you won't regret it.

rode an attack for my first time this weekend. I WISH I NEVER RODE IT....becasue now i'm going to have about 10 grand missing from my bank account haha. Great sled, everything is perfect on it. crazy fast. i'm buying a RTX this fall. jord.

I give it a 10 out of 10, its great in every department.

After 1100 miles all I can say is awesome. Great ride, more power than you need, great gas mileage, starts in -30C weather-fuel injection is the answer.
4 stroke is the way to go and this is the ultimate machine. The only drawback is the small windshield but you can replace it with a larger one.

I love it so much I bought a second one after the first one was totaled out by striking a deer. I could not more pleased! I came off an 05 Mach Z and have no regrets.

I changed out the chaincase oil for synthetic gear lube right off the bat for peace of mind. Easy service and better oil than what it came with. So far no problems but I have only about 700 miles this year.

I've owned two, 06(4000 miles) 07(2000 miles) Best trail crusing sled made by far! I'm ordering an 08. Yes, there are some minor areas that could be improved. Heated grips are not warm enough. High hyfax wear. No major problems. Great suspension super bullet proof engine. Great power with good economy(range) for lomg distance riding. Yamaha owns the market with this sled.

I have 1500mi. on mine. The only thing i did was the heavier spring and revalve. No problems. I'm coming off an 04 warrior.
Excellent sled.

:-o He bought it! Paid $8299 US, with zero miles on it, off the showroom floor. But it was from the US, (bought it off ebay) The dealer with ship it on friday, so it will be a bit before it gets here. :o| Can't wait!! :yam:

I predict he will enjoy it, have 500 miles on my gt right now and I must say that other in powder it is a great sled. I still have a couple cats in the shed, a zr900 and a 1m900 and I doubt they will ever get ridden much again and I luv the zr.
