Is 520 possible with:

titanium springs in rear
4 float shocks
boss seat
does anyone make exhaust kits for these sleds?
how much will kn filters save?
any weight loss in swithcing hoods? not a mesh one

How much do you weight? It might be easier and cheaper to go on a diet! LOL!

Just kidding,, Im not sure if they make a boss seat for it yet! If they do you might loose 5-7 lbs there!

You can also go with an even lighter battery like the won i bought! You can get them from any battery center! about a 5lbs difference!

Im also sure you could send away the rear rails and have them lightened!

Removing the air box and replacing them with a ecp kit would be worth a extra 5 lbs i bet!

get rid of the tools and toolbox and cup holder in the front.. thats good for an exta 4-5lbs!

I think 520 is doable.. but not cheaply!!

Brian!

;)! drive it, I think i am going TO TRY not to lighten them I am only 160lbs, add 10+/- for riding gear, I have removed some weight and it makes them handle alot better! about 25 so far with battery, air box, gone, mpi kit, rails, springs, ETC. I think that you could lighten the vector/rage just as much as the rx1, it does depend on how much do you want to spend! there are lots of site that will get you in the right direction, mountainperformance.com, slp.com, speedshop.com, I hope that this helps you Take Care 8)
