How to remove tri-hub from skid,in order to install TD 4 wheel kit

My skid has been out for a while because of my crashed sled,and repairs we are in process of doing. So I had a few things to do to the skid,and one was to replace the tri-hub with the 4 whel kit I have coming from TD. So the two bolts that tighten the shaft once you have track alignment are completely out,than I took out the adjuster and bolt,and tapped the shaft side ways,to see if it would slide out of the rails,but it wont move sideways enough to do this,the end pieces that are on the O.D. of pipe are or seem to be the biggest problem,i have not tried to remove the bolts that hold the two piece Tri - hub togeather. So what part am I missing in order to remove this set up,and if anyone has a pic,that always works better for these old eyes lol.. thanks Pete
