Looking for a little help from you guys to save some time. I'm going to be installing my kit this weekend and was looking for advice on setting my clutch up after the install of the turbo kit. I'm sure there are others out there with the same setup that have already tuned their clutch. I have the following:
2014 XTX
Hurricane 190 Kit
Ulmer primary machined for overdrive
Ulmer secondary setup for 8DN, Ulmer red spring and clutch kit
Hindle exhaust
Studded track
Stock head pipe
Thanks in advance for your help!

You will love the Hurricane 190 kit, runs awesome. I run the hurricane clutching, primary cut for overdrive with stock belt. If you already have an Ulmer setup you might want to give him a call but chances are you will need all new components. At the very least you will need a secondary spring and helix and more weight on the primary arms.
I think Ulmers helix that I have will still be okay but I'm sure I will need to change the weights.....just hoping someone has already done some testing on the same setup and can chime in.

You might be able to get it to run the correct RPM with the current helix but you won't be getting all the potential out of that 190 hp.

That's what I thought. Probably a good idea to talk to the man who created this kit. I'd say he has a good idea how to properly get the power to the ground. I'm planning on going with the Hurricane kit as well, I hope it works out for you.
