Wondering what others are seeing with this 240,270,300 tune. I currently am with a 22 tooth top gear and 35/39 helix with 73.6 grams dalton clutch ,secondary spring set at 6-2.whats your thoughts should I go back to stock gearing and helix ?

How's it run with that set up?
Is there an issue with it now?
Yesterday was my 1st time trying it with the new ss flash but I only saw 8600 rpm on the lake but wasn't the best condition, I guess I'm just wondering how others have theirs set up and I was wondering if I should go back to stock gearing

The gearing is a preference, I dont think it makes much of a difference either way. My brother has a 22 top and i have the stock 21, doesnt make much of a difference. You gotta wait until good conditions before you can really say if the rpm is good or not.

If you need over 120 in good conditions then go for the 22. The 21 is probably better for trail riding and the belt. I left the 21 in my sled. On Powertrail no other brand sled is even in the same zip code for more than 300 ft. Can’t wait to load ms16 but unfortunately rain again. What a shitty winter.

I’ve installed your exact tune on a few machines now, your finish angle is a bit steep for top revs.

35 or 33 is a better finish but your helix is still
Much better quality then the stock and I would
Leave it.
I wouldn’t go back to stock gearing.

are you running your dtya1 weights empty
