Agree. It's not a big deal from $ standpoint. To me, it's just another "knock out kit."
It's the principle of the matter that bothers me. When a seller sells something that isn't what they claim it is, they should own it 100%. Reputation counts for everything.

I'm working on a replacement for these, obviously I didn't make them originally but sold quite a few. I will offer them to customers that I sold directly to at my cost or with your proof of purchase from Hurricane I will sell to you at 10% over my cost. These will be printed using pa612-cf material.

Its a problem like this that shows what a person is made of and what he chooses to do about it. There are reasons why things are engineered, tested, and evaluated and when they are not this happens…And I agree that reputation is most important in all businesses…

I have one of these and have yet to install it. I wonder if reflective tape would be a solution?
I would hope that Dave would address this issue.
Maybe if everyone you had a failure would send in a photo of the failed part it would force his hand.

I'm first in line, jk- lol. I contacted Hurricane 6-7 weeks ago after I found my first one.
Wonder HOW he's taking care of it??!! What is cure? Will new part be permanent solution? I hope we hear more.
