Ok another front shock question. Hygear will be at the Toronto show at the end of the month and I have been looking alot at replacing the standard HP coilover front shocks on my RTX. That is not an inexpensive endeavor however so my thought was maybe just replace the springs with their Twisted - Spring Kit, Snow, Front, Dual Rate, Sport Series.

Anyone have thoughts/experience with this combo as a reasonably priced way to increase the front end ride quality. I know it will not be the same as a fully built set but it's about a third the price. I already have the Stingray string in the rear and as for style I'm an enthusiastic trail rider.

I’m interested to hear if anyone has a review on this. Looks like a nice set up

I ran the dual rate spring from them in my center shock for two seasons on my viper. Worked great and will be putting it in my winder this year when I pick it up. Nice thing is if you order soon enough they'll bring it to the show and save shipping and border hassles. Just need to let them know to bring it.

I've got them on my front and center shocks, they made a huge improvement to the ride quality.
Highly recommended.

What year and model is your sled? RTX or LTX? What shock pkg? DX, SE, LE

That's exactly what I'm doing. Feedback seems great on these. Smooths out small stuff - ready for the big. Seems like a cost effective way to get more out of the basic coilovers. I called and spoke to a Ken there. He said to call the week of the show and they would bring them for pickup.
