I've talked to a couple of different dealers for the MCX kit for my Apex. I've got a few different answers on the some of my questions, maybe someone on here can answer them.
1) what is the max hp for the turbo that is supplied (Mitsubishi 16T I believe)?
2) what is the max hp that can be attained with the injection system? If i get a bigger turbo, will there be enough fuel?
3) I was told that there are no user adjustments on the efi box, does that mean I can only use the turbo that comes with the kit? Bigger turbos can make more hp than small ones with the same boost, that means they need more fuel. How can the additional fuel be added?

Go to the source. Email Eric at MCX and ask him. The website states that that 16t is suitable for 220-300hp with a max of 330hp. It also says that a fully adjustable EFI controller is an option as well. www.mc-xpress.com I think you'll be more than happy with that kind of power. Anymore than that and things become uncontrollable in the mountains.

One thing about the Mcexpress kit that I like is that I won't have to rely on the stock injctors at 15 p.s.i. , the extra injectors will automatically adjust fuel from 8-15 psi........I'm sure the other kits will address this with larger than stock injectors ,etc. but I like having 8 ........................................................I had a Camaro with a B&M underhood supercharger one time that worked great with a carb , I switched to a holley pro jection unit and lunched the engine on a hard pull because it was slightly lean on the top end . That's where I'm coming from. Carbs can sense airflow ,this type of fuel injection cannot., better safe than sorry.

I was looking on the website for info from the page that had the kit. I found all of what I was looking for in the parts section. It looks like the injectors are either good for 50 or 65 each. I don't think that'll be an issue.
It looks like the efi controller should also be a pretty good setup. It might look kind of funny pulling out my laptop on the hill to some tuning though. That's what the little 12v adapter on the sled must be for.
