Is that pre-studded, if it is you can't stud that track.
If it's ice ripper it's 1 ply.
Normal track is 2 ply.

It will say on track itself that it can't be studded. I have had ice rippers come in with studs and they have several pullouts. Such a waste of a good track.

Its a great track probably going to pull it after are week trip in 1st part of January and focus on drag racing/ high speed. I still have the 121 track that could be reinstalled

Just because its a single ply does not mean you cannot stud it. You have to use the correct studs. I am running 144 woody's in my single ply at 252 hp with over 2000 miles on it and not 1 pull out.Is that pre-studded, if it is you can't stud that track.

Woodys makes a stud called the Grand Master. It is designed for single ply tracks. I have studded my buddy's Doo's which come factory with a Camoplast single ply track.
No issues after 3 seasons.

Studding this track would save me the hassle of switching tracks mid season how many studs would you put in it? Is the question? Was thinking about running a 121 with aggressive ice studs I have a 121 for it. I still have time either way I have to buy studs.

That is what is in my track photo above - you do not have to worry about pull outs

I'm sure you added extra stud protection to your sled when you installed studs I'm sure I will find some info on this after I do a searchThat is what is in my track photo above - you do not have to worry about pull outs
When I installed a rear exchanger I needed to add more protection. Was using 1.325 studs in the stock Ripsaw.
