Why not just reach down every now and then and brush the snow off with your hand?

It takes the "FUN OUT OF RIDING A YAMAHA" when you have to stop to ADJUST ANYTHING
After getting rear ended last year I WANT A CLEAR REAR LIGHT ALL THE TIME, that means NOT HAVING TO STOP TOO CLEAN IT
I have a PASSENGER TO WORRY ABOUT TO

PAM works for the skid as well. I use to have to spray the 05 warrior all the time. Keeps snow and ice from building in skid area.

BRILLIANT! I feel like the Guinness commercial.
I may have to give that a try in the rear of the tunnel.

The only sleds Ive ever seen that didnt get snow buildup on the taillight were the Polaris sleds with the wrap-around taillight. The '98 XCs had this design. The lightbulds were in the side of the taillight, and the theory was that the lens didnt get warm enough for the snow to stick.
Non-stick cooking spray is an interesting idea. Do you have to spray your taillight every day, or does one application keep the light snow-free for the entire season?

Or you could buy the Excell Exhaust and any time you stop it melts the snow =).

Rain X works well too. I also wear a BV2S helmet that has the led light. My buddy commented the other day there was alot of snow dust at night and he couldn't see my tail light but could still see my helmet light.
