Installed Ohlens front Shocks

I just put a set on mine also. The stock shocks had a washer on either side of the inside mount. I could not use the washers as the new olins were wider than the stocks. so i just mounted them without the washers. Fit right in there perfect , no shake to speak of. Mine have the remote resevior and are on an 05 shorty. If you have a lot of side play you could go the washer route like my stockies were.

powder-can u take a pic of the shock and post it? that would help us otu a lot or try and find a picture of a shock and try to explain to us what the problem is.

So the bushing must just fall out ? If that is so you are going to have to contact whomever you bought them from and work things out. I got mine from pioneer performance and there was nothing loose at all. In fact if you wanted to remove that bushing you would need a hammer and a punch. Same shocks as your picture.

shock eye play

pimp I am a ohlin dealer where did you get them and is rare that some thing is wrong but anything can happen. check with your dealer or did you buy them used or privite sale somethings up would like to help but never had this from the factory go wrong keep us posted all new ohlins fit most front ends but there a slight diff in how high the front end sits . The only one I cannot get fronts for are mountain apexs good luck kim

Do you mean that the rotate on the bushing? Not so much a left to right movement but more of a twisting motion. If so, mine do the same. 3300 miles so far with no issues.
