J&T 4 wheel-kit. But I install the 8 inch wheels.
And are you running the Hygear linkage kit? What do you think?

The shocks are new for the winter. I haven't tried them yet ![Sled2 :sled2: :sled2:](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/sled2.gif)

I've got a xtx, I got my tri hub out but for the life of me I can't get enough slack in the track to get the new kit on. I've got the park brake on with a ratchet strap to pull the slack but it's still not enough.

Did you loosen the tension adjuster nuts all the way? The next step I suppose would be to remove the bolts that hold the chassis to the upper track wheels. That will leave you with lots of slack but it is a bit of a pain.I've got a xtx, I got my tri hub out but for the life of me I can't get enough slack in the track to get the new kit on. I have xtx and it's easy to pull the skid. That's how I did it. Why fight the track.

Also, after you loosen the tensioning bolts take a wooden mallet or something and give a couple whaps on the back of the track to slide the axel forward. I think I did this if I remember correctly.I've got a xtx, I got my tri hub out but for the life of me I can't get enough slack in the track to get the new kit on. Got it in after a bit of wrestling, now I have another issue.
The track is too tight even with the adjusters backed off the whole way.
I have the front of the skid in the lower hhole and the rear in the middle. If I drop the rear to the bottom hole will is give me a little slack?
Edit: I just finished my wife's ltx in about 20 mins start to finish, plenty of slack in the track to work with.

It was upper in the front and middle in the rear.
I switched the front one to the lower hole to give more clearance for my header.

Might be the problem. 14's were in top holes front and back.

I just put the front skid back in the upper bolt and plenty of slack now.
