Has anyone snowmobiled in this area? Staying at the Lake of the Torches
Casino and was wondering what this area was like for trails, eating, nightlife, etc? Thanks.

Hi!
It's 15 miles west of Minocqua. I have stayed there, not much in town besides the casino, but then by trail....
Everything in Minocqua, Boulder Junction, The tirtle flambeau flowage, mercer, lake tomohawk, etc.-all of these by snowmobile trail, within 1-1 1/2 hours.
I will be in Minocqua Friday and Saturday, home on Sunday. I plan to be at most of the areas I listed above. Questions?

Nice area to ride. Stay away from downtown Minocqua if you want to avoid traffic, stutter, snirt. Awesome place to find great trails, eats, etc.
