Finishing up reassembling my Attak. I really want to get out and ride. Snow has been epic in February around here. Trails have an amazing base and now we have so much snow, our groomers can't get out! Our club is asking riders to ride the powder (while staying between the stakes!!) to pack it down so the groomers won't get stuck.
We have 3 spacers that I am not quite sure where they go.
Top 2 of them have O rings on the inside. The right 2 are 25mm ID and the other is 30mm ID.
Here is a view from the side.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Brian

Not sure what part of the sled you are reassembling but those spacers with orings go on the jackshaft on either side of the chain case.
The last spacer looks to be the one that goes between the oring spacer and the rotor.
A little more info would help.

Large one with O ring goes on end of drive on tunnel side of chaincase against bottom bearing and runs in bottom chaincase seal.
Small one with O ring goes on Jackshaft on tunnel side of chaincase against top bearing and runs in top chaincase seal.
I think the plain spacer goes behind chaincase top gear maybe or behind brake rotor?

The one with rust on the edge goes on the driveshaft chain case lower seal, the other one with o ring goes on the jack shaft top seal in the chain case, the green one is the spacer behind the brake rotor. don't forget to put 8.5oz oil in the chain case when you get it back together.

Thanks everyone. I will get to work on this tonight.
I've learned my lesson and will now be taking 1000's of picture when tear things down in the future. I had taken some pictures during the last tear down, but they were not backed up and my phone was wiped clean.

Not to bring back a dead thread, but everyones help got me to the solution. Both went behind the chaincase. I was missing the clip that stopped the spacers from sliding down the jackshaft. Got it all fixed up today and she is almost ready to ride.
Thank you everyone for the help!
