Shorai has some nice lightweight Lithium batteries as well. A few people on Snowest have run the 1.6 lb battery with good luck but I'd but I'd probably opt for the one in the second link.

These batteries are only good to 0 degrees F. I'd be ready to walk if you go with one of these.
