Looking for what hole most of you guys are running your limiter straps in. I have an srx coming off an apex where it was standard to pull the limiter up one hole to start with. I don't like pulling the skis off the ground every time i smash the throttle, i'm looking for the flat cornering being able to get back to the gas in the corner. I'm new to this chassis so just looking for a good starting point

Preference and testing thing. I have mine in the 3rd hole. Most guys on an LTX have it in the first and still complain about the lack of transfer. For me I just want to pin it mid corner and not lift so I have it pulled down tight. Im not worried about hole shot for drag racing. Now my Nytro that is set up for off trail has everything all the way out. It's a wheelie monster and a bunch of fun but 2 different purposes.

I set my 129 up so the strap is just tight when sitting on the ground. Helped with ski lift

Flattest sled made to date IMO.....

I have lengthened mine as far as I can, and added max to the blocks, and still very little transfer compared to my Doos....

I found with the 137 let out all the way i had to point and shoot because the skis wouldn't be on the ground until i gave the flipper a break. I just sucked'm up one hole, one each end and we'll see how they are when the snow flies this year. Saying is go big or go home, so we'll see with more studs longer length and moving up to a 45/35 helix.

My sled handled very good with pilots set up as per Dan but would push some in certain conditions. For this year I pulled up my limiters one hole to see If it helps.

After some miles the straps stretch also. If they stretch too far the shock will be damaged. Never heard of them stretching beyond 2nd hole but have on first.Center shock bolt hole in eyelet should be past the top of arm hole.

You have a srx , the spring setting are all different, ride it first , all previous sidewinders ride taller . U won't know until u try it ,no one here can really tell u what's the best setting

All the way out on the 137 SE. And if you look they have another hole under the round plate. Most come with that last hole covered and you can not see it. So you may think your all the way out but are not unless you take bolt and round backer plate off

Is this what happens if you use the first hole?
