Hey guys, love the appeal of the linq system. Guys with pics, could you post what you have and where you got it.

I know white out had one, and another guy. But they don't add real pics with different options.

Thanks!!

For your sled: 17 Winder LTX SE.

I can only recommend the UNT mounts. (up north Tech) These mounts have the extra height to clear the Tail Light. The New LMP-2 Mount they have comming will work with the 3 gal LinQ fuel caddy and a medium or small bag or 2 medium bags or 1 medium and 1 small bag. OR. LMP-1 mount with stackable 4 gal fuel caddy with small, medium or Sr21 bag. Can use all these bags without fuel caddy.

Here are some pics. Hope this helps.

I agree. I purchased just the adapter plate and fitted it to my viper back in 2014 when i bought the sled.
Love the adapter and linq bag combo!

Seems to me the unit from Up North Tech is more straightforward.

Do you have dimensions for the UNT bracket? Just backet and with gas tank. Thanks!

I don't have dimensions as of now. If you let me know what your trying to achieve I will be more than happy to let you know if it will work or what you will need. I have adapted these LinQ mounts to most every 129-141 Yamaha and Cats.

Looking to remove the small bag, install gas and shovel pack. I have the Yamaha tunnel bag already, not sure if there is room for the bracket/tank too. 153 BTX

Has anyone running this setup noticed any tunnel bending yet or all good

I have whiteout technologies linq brackets and always carry my linq fuel can with me when trail riding. No issues with my tunnel.

Anyone make one in plastic/composite instead of aluminium, might have to make one myself

Are you talking about the brackets? I got mine from South Simcoe Machine they are just outside of Barrie and great price.

Bit of a snug fit on the 129" but will be good for touring trips.

Does anyone have a measurement on the thickness of the rectangular tubing the Lmp2 bracket sits on . Looks like 1inch
