apex
I have a '06 Apex and the things that I have found and have read about are the front suspension arm in the skid can develop cracks, the rails can crack in the center area, one of the oil tank mounting tabs can break off from vibration, dounut gaskets, intermediate pipe can develop a crack, If there is no skid plate on the sled and the sled hit something, the bulkhead at the front of the tunnel can get hooked and can bend, ( not such a big deal) but the cooler is welded to this area..quick look and you will see if it has been bent....idler wheels and hyfax....

The biggest one on the 06 is,rear tunnel, bending, from lack of rivets, just add rivets, watch all of your torque arms for cracks in rear skid, and look at your rails for a crack at any place bolts go thru. My 06 gt so far is fine, and it has about the same miles as the one you are looking at.

Radiator tabs crack, bushings in A-arm waer out fast and if not replaced they can damage the bulk head. Steering bushing wear out fast to, if more then 1/2" of play in the bars time to replace.

There are no major flaws but if you get it go through the maint checklist and you can probably figure about $500 in parts to make it 100% perfect with that many miles.
I'm thinking front suspension bushings, mono skid beef up kit and powdercoat, some bogey wheels, oil change kit, gear lube, time to flush coolant, exhaust headers, etc. Nothing major flawed with a apex.
