The lattice is very inexpensive at Home Depot and such. It looks crappy but you can slide the sleds around on it very easily when loading, the carbides don't hurt it, and it's easy to replace....

I mentioned the lattice (vinyl) in the Trailer forum under @trailer flooring ideas".
I use ski guides on the outer walls and ramps and black lattice for rest of entire floor.
All black looks not too bad and good for moisture evapouration and minimizing chance of rotting floor.

Nice,glad you finally got her home,we do have groomed trails in northern maine now,just be careful,you don't want your ride to end up like mine did.
