They are going to be similar in power, you should be able to upgrade from PT to MS17 for less than buying a new Tune if you contact TD so I would go that route personally. Nothing against Hurricane just saves a bit of your initial spend.
I have multi map and dash flash and it's pointless, also saying to someone that they should get multi map and you "only" have to either spend $350cdn for dash flash or $650cdn for a flasher to be able to use it.........only to always run on the highest HP setting, I dunno.

270 works very well for me. Almost as well as 290
