TY 4 Stroke Junkie
I am a member of another forum that is set up kind of similar to this one, and they have a section for each member to be able to upload pictures of their vehicles. I was thinking that it might be a cool idea here, since so many members have unique sleds, or to show pics of interesting places they have been. Would something like that be possible, or would it require more space and bandwidth than this site has available?

I put together a sticky in photo section for photoshops and custom sleds and it has worked out pretty well. (the TY design department)
Look for another sticky in photo, I'll call it, dont know yet, but you will see it LOL for members to post a pic of their sled.
Bountyhunter will come up with a good name for it

It would just be nice to have a way to get to the pics directly by member name. Check out: http://www.dieseltruckresource.com/dev/index.php?
and you'll see what I mean. At each post a member makes, there is a link by their user name that brings you to their photo section. I know you guys keep busy just keeping up with the day to day work of this site though.

We are on a compain to keep the admin workloads down, especially during the riding season. Tom is always looking into things and a good time to bring that up again is around April.
Some of these things are easier to do on vbulletin (that is what your truck forum is using, my car forum uses that too) which is something he may be considering.
One thing all members can do on their own is get free hosting space at photobucket or cardomain and list that as your website in member profile
or
put that link in your signiture....same thing really and you can put in a ton more info.
Until some possible off season site revamping, use the topic in photo, as it is a good idea
