tried to put my mono in my apex and broke both plastic bushings on the front arm, the second time this year. Got pissed and decided to fix the problem. There are 2 rivets sticking out inside the tunnel, one is the bottom one of the triangle spacer that the bolt goes through and the other is just below at 7 oclock. i drilled them out, then used a 7/32 drill and drilled the hole out. next i tapped them with a 1/4-20 tap, then used a stainless star head bolt, loctite on them then screwed them in, don't over tighten. Then took a drummel and cut the exposed bolt off flush with the tunnel. Also the black bracket inside has a sharp edge where the arm swings by so i 45ed the edge some. The arm slid in easily without binding.

i took a 2x4 and cut one end on a taper, put it in the tunnel in front of the front arm , and tapped it up, spreading the tunnel slightly.Made a huge difference while putting the suspension in.I couldn't do it otherwise, the bushings would get caught every time.
