Well I am sad to report that I am going to have to cancel the ride. I doubt our trails are going to be open in a week from Saturday and if they are open the trails are going to be thin based on the weather report. I don't want to bring anyone down here if the riding is going to be better else where. I am going to cancel the food orders I have in. I would suggest if you made reservations at the hotel to cancel as well.
I want to thank anyone that made plans to attend but I just can't garentee their being a decent ride.
However, if the trails do open up, I will still be around and willing to do a ride. We just won't have all the food available I had planned.
I want to personally thank Tom, MR.Sled, for his involvment and help! I would strongly think that next year I will do this again in hopes for snow!
Anyone that wants a tour of Monroe county feel free to PM me and if we open the trails I would be more than happy to take you for a ride.

I know the trails are open now there even though the ride is cancelled.Stephanie is bringine here snowmobile down to Sparta this weekend to go riding if any of you guys are game.

I am planning on going for a ride still. I hope they open more trails other than just north of town.
If anyone wants to go for a ride saturday the plan will stick to meet at kwik trip at 930. We might only get 50 miles but I havent put a mile on in monroe yet this year so lets do it. Let me know if anyone else is coming so I know to wait for you.

Its going to be pretty thin around there, I'm heading to rhinelander area. Been working there for that past two days and it hasn't stopped snowing yet. Trails should be good to go by the weekend, been grooming every night. Lots of snow

The groomers have been doing work. the trail report is everything is in pretty good shape out side of the towns. Not a deep base but a good enough base to ride. Im sure there is going to be a lot of traffic saturday but not an excuse to no go riding in a year like we're having. Kwik Trip on hwy 71 at 9:30.
