Yeah, looks different then the sleds at show with heated valve....looks to go behind, around routed differently...
Would love to see more of that hose routing to the heated valve.
thanks!
Dan
When I get some more time I will see if I can show more of it. Its not fun to pull the tank plastic in my new sled... that stupid nut on the tank.

Thanks for the pics Tom. I came up with a similar solution. I’ll post some in my build thread soon. I’m kinda just snapping shots as I go then I will add them when I’m on my computer.

Mr. Sled, I see you do not bother with grinding down the "quiet pads" on the track for studs. I assume your experience is that it's not worth the trip or does not negatively impact the stud mounting.
Also, nice sled stand. What brand? I'm looking to get one.

I have Viper studded that I just changed the track after 8900 miles had no issues and we have 2 other winders that are done like this and have no issues.
Also my lift is a Handy Lift, there are not cheap

When I looked up that windshield, it says it can't be used w hand-guards. They will hit the windshield. Did you find that's not true?

I run that windshield also and like it. But when it isn't extremely cold I use the extra low also cause it looks extra cool.

beautiful sled!!
Curious to see how the studs work out for you over time, I put 144 of those on my Viper and had a few bend after 1/2 season, running 144 Woody's on my SW and no bends yet.
