My 2020 Yamaha SRX ... just the start

MaaaaaVaaaaaLous!! Just picked up a used Viper and really was hoping it had the heated seat!! Guess I will have to stuff the long johns with hot pockets!!
Heated seat is way overrated. My winder has one, and it does nothing but make your arse all wet from sweat. Don't even use mine.

Where did you get the billet aluminum spring blocks? Are those the tall nuts on the studs? I was not sure if tall nuts would work on 1.075's. Nice Sled

They are Yamaha Blocks that I had form the past few years, Tall Nuts were provided from thee suppler and do work.

I used to agree with this for my local riding, however once I rode a few times in minus 30 and in Qc where trails are superhighways, that combo makes for some cold riding. And the heated seat works well.

I dont use it often, but for certain days it works fantastic.

Yup love the heated seat up here on the super speedways...

Man Tom- how did you get the sentinels to mount up? My wiring does not play well with this worth a hoot. :( I’m using the stealth Hayes kit like I’m supposed to...

Worked out great for me. Not sure where the problem is on yours. You need a better picture of something?

I updated the fist post with a image of the package on the adjusters and the part number.

This!

I feel the same way, cuz when I didn’t have it, I was like that’s a total joke.

But When it’s extremely Cold(I ride in N.Maine, that’s way north, and that place does cold real well), it is very nice. You don’t need it when it’s 10-15 degrees F or above, But when it’s colder than that, say low single digits and below zero F, it is very nice.

If possible- how your electrical connections/cable management is setup? As of now on the throttle side I was able to slide the kill switch inward, mount between the throttle block. The brake side the connector is still making me looney. I can not rotate the bracket into place. :(
