X2. I am also looking at my spindles after reading about yours. 200 miles in and they still look strait. Had mine done at half baked. Dont know if they use less heat or not. These sleds are awesome 0-60.

Well i'll be watching mine, they look good after yesterdays ride. I did get some stud rub on my heat exchanger, which is not making me too happy. I tightened up my track quite a bit more so hopefully that will stop it. Kinda concerning......

Buddy lost his motor that way - stud wore through heat exchanger when he was running hard high rpms and you can guess the rest.

My track was too loose that is the reason for my problem. Ill keep a eye on it and it not that bad just kinda pisses me off cause I was checking for it throughout the day for clearance and rubbing. Oh well I guess its done just need to prevent it from happening again.

I bet Half-Baked doesn't cook them over 400 degrees. I should have had them done at there. This guy was fairly local and the quality was awesome, but he does the heavy industrial stuff and I believe he is baking at 600 or more which can affect the integrity of the aluminum that the Spindles are made up of. The A-arms are fine...... :flag:
