2023 Riot 9000
I’ve got a 23 riot 9000 and on the first ride this year after 25 miles at 32 mph I seemed to develop a vibration. I changed the xs829 belt thinking I put it on backwards from the previous season. With the new belt the vibration started at 36mph and it continues up to 50 mph where I feel something is off.
The vibration seems to be down by my feet. The sled has a Ron Ward secondary torsion set up and stock track and studded.
There is no grinding or belt smells and all idler wheels are in place.
There were no issues on the last ride of last season.
I’m at a loss here trying to trace this.

Sound like its track and stud related. Check each stud over, maybe the track has loosened too if you have tried different belts and checked over the clutches closely.

I had a Apex that started to vibrate over a period of a couple of years where it seemed to get worse. I ended up taking a bunch of if not all the studs out as I recall and the vibration went away, so it was stud related and did get worse over time.

Very strange to me on first ride after being parked for the summer after about 25 miles. I lost one lug last year and it took a stud with it but I rode it another 500 miles and noticed no difference. I did go stud heavy with it and put 186 gold diggers in it.
I have plans to change out to a storm 150 and less studs just didnt get to it in time.
