Mystery Piece that Needs Indentifying

Was drilling out a few rivets on the tunnel this afternoon and I saw this little black rubber piece fall to the ground, can anyone identify it? I was originally thinking it was from the track but I'm not 100% sure.

The little rubber nib is a cosmetic finishing plug that sticks into the end of your tunnel running boards.

Mine kept popping out and I have lost one in the past, so 2 weeks ago I used a Bulldog Grip (a contractor adhesive builders use) to glue them in. Everytime I would brush snow from the running boards I would knock them out. Very annoying.

I got one of those mystery pieces too its a real little yellow spring. Came off when i was taking plastic off
