Can't seem to diagnose this issue. When I start the sled cold with choke on the RPM goes so high the sled wants to take off, then I lower it to half and its still engaging the clutch. Then if I lower it to quarter it stalls. After warming it up in this method and driving it for a few miles the thing idles with the choke off but at like 3000-3500 RPM's. I readjusted the throttle to factory specs, took all the carbs off cleaned and inspected all of them, checked all the coils, checked the plugs and cleaned them, checked all the carb/intake boots, and found nothing. It still does it. ..... HELP PLEASE!!!

Have you added an after market exhaust? My 05 would do what yours does and it turned out it was running lean. I raised the mains to 140 and raised the needle one clip. Also double check the air box is matched up right.
I went for a ride saturday, no big deal just put it in the shop afterwards. Today I go to load up for a 5 day trip in the UP and the damn thing won't run. I ended up having to go through the carbs again.
I think these carbs motors are way sensetive, mine has given me nothing but grief so far this year.

I HAVE ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS AS WELL. THESE SLEDS ARE VERY TEMPERMENTAL. BOSSRX1 IS RIGHT, MAKE SURE THE CARBS ARE MATCHED UP RIGHT AND THAT THERE IS NO AIR LEAKS. THAT WILL CAUSE ALOT OF PROBLEMS IF THIS HAPPENS. GOOD LUCK.

Check to see that all of the carbs are mounted completely in the mountig boots. I have had the same problem and traced it back to a carb boot which was not on one carb all the way and was causing a large vacuum leak. If the boot is not on each carb all the way and you tighten the clamp, the clamp distorts the boot causing the leak. Pull the carbs off to see if any of the boots got cut or wrinkled. Good Luck!!

Yep...ya got an air leak orrrrrrr...if you've performed the carb cleaning yourself and did not take the carbs completely off (remove all linkages) it is possible you have binded the throttle/choke cables and your slides are not closing completely. Take cables off of carb rack and let them unwind and reinstall.

Took it to the dealer, they have been on the phone with Yammi Tech all day yesterday. At this point Yammi wants to mount an entire new rack of carbs to it. They think their may be a crack or something in on of the carbs. No one can figure it out.

Something not right with the carbs.
Ask them to check the sync on the carbs, and you will narrow it down to the carb having most problems.
Did tons of RX1's now, and vectors, and have never encountered a problem where the sled revs that high.
Only problem I find, is the carbs will not sync right, and the air mixture screws underneath are in too far, or off from each other.
Did you have the carb caps off for any reason? those little o-riings can give you grief.
Just giving pointers.
