I weight about 210 with clothing!

2006 Apex GT with 144 1.325 studs down the middle

I have a complete set of Heavy hitters from my Warrior i would like to reuse... I also have the smaller rollers, but ive heard the Apex already has those..

I also modded the helix for furthure shifting! (machining)

I need a setup for the weights to go in my APex..

I am not installing them till after December, when my buddy and i will get to race with his stock ZR900... (i want to see how they compare stock for stock)

Brian

Welter, you might have to add a little more weight but I bet it will be close to a straight bolt in. Install the kit, pm me with your rpm,s & it will be easy to dial in from there.

The setup i currently have was setup for the ECP kit and slightly overreved! added weight twice to it as i think the engine gained alot more power the more miles i put on it..-

What year is the ZR900?

I didn't use heavy hitters, but I'm showing about 9 grams difference in total weight from the Apex to the RX-1 using the same components.

It surprises me by how many guys are messing with their clutching before they even ride the sled. Not only that but from the emails I have sent out to some of the top racers they recommend riding the sled first before I buy their clutch kit to see how the sled is working with the stock set up so I at very least know if their is an improvement from the stock set up to the clutch kit I buy if I think I need one after riding the sled. How is anyone of you going to know the difference of how the sled is reacting to the stock set up? Just a question

1ST.....I plan on riding my sled first! At the DEC TY RIDE! and racing my buddys 05 zr900 first to see how it compares! ;)!

2ND... there is always room left for improvement over stock clutching... I know SRXSPEC is getting 8 sled lengths over stock with his stage two kit! My warrior was very quick with clutching and a ECP kit.... I beat everyone i raced up to over 100mph..

Wouldnt you rather beat your buddys by 10 sleds instead of 1 or 2 lengths? ;)!
